2. Personal data processed
The Personal Data provided by you will be processed directly in the event of a candidacy referable to a search announcement of the company, or in the case of candidacy using a curriculum spontaneously transmitted to the company's addresses.
Your data will also be processed if communicated by third parties such as employment agencies and other subjects who, in compliance with the law, carry out, in their own or third parties' interests, intermediation activities, research and selection of personnel or support for professional relocation.
The processing takes place through both IT and paper supports, both possibly organized as databases or archives, and entails, where necessary, the use of telephone communications and / or the sending of IT communications through the contact details provided (number telephone number, e-mail address).
The personal data subject to processing refer to the following categories:
a) name, contact details and other contact information: the company collects and processes your data and other identifying information such as, for example, name, surname, email address, telephone number and residential address
b) information contained in the curriculum vitae: the company collects and treats data related to the application, even spontaneous, such as, for example, the date and place of birth, your previous and possibly ongoing work experience, the education level, photographs, skills acquired, type of license.
c) additional information and data supplied by you in a voluntary and explicit manner: the company collects and processes the data that you consider relevant for the purposes of evaluating your professional profile, contained in your application or subsequently communicated.
In particular, the company could become aware of particular categories of Data pursuant to art. 9 EU Regulation 2016/679, such as for example Data revealing political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, sexual orientation and Data related to your health.
We invite you to carefully evaluate the Data provided, if they belong to these particular categories, communicating them to the company only if they deem them indispensable for the purposes of the selection. We expressly invite you not to provide personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes pursuant to art. 10 of the EU Regulation 2016/679.
In any case, should any Data not relevant to the purpose be present, the company will refrain from using such information.
3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis
The purpose of the processing of your Data consists in the evaluation of your candidacy for the purposes of personnel search and selection and in the pre-employment phase, for the performance of activities such as, for example, the evaluation of the curricula received, the organization of individual interviews and each other prodromal activity to the possible stipulation of a work contract.
The provision of your data for this purpose is optional, but failure to do so or erroneous provision of data could make it impossible for the company to evaluate your application. The legal basis of the processing is attributable to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.
Any special categories of data pursuant to art. 9 EU Regulation 2016/679 will be treated only in compliance with the law and for specific and legitimate purposes, as well as to fulfill or to demand the fulfillment of specific obligations or to perform specific tasks provided for by current legislation for the purpose of establishing the employment relationship (art. 9, paragraph 2, letter b).
These data will in any case be treated in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and General Authorization n. 1/2016 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
In any case, if there are Data that are not pertinent to the indicated purpose, the company will refrain from using this information.
4. Recipients
Personal Data will be made known to or shared with:
a) personnel of the company in charge of research and selection of personnel, authorized for processing. Those authorized to process data for the purposes indicated above have committed themselves to confidentiality or have received an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;
b) designated persons responsible for processing the data in compliance with the applicable law who are responsible for processing Data on behalf of the company (for example, companies in charge of managing IT systems and services, platform providers for sending e-mails, etc. .);

The Personal Data processed for the purposes indicated will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the evaluation of the candidacy and the professional profile of the interested party, for the purposes of the possible future stipulation of a work or collaboration contract and up to a maximum of 12 months, except for profiles of particular interest for which the Data may be stored for 5 years.
6. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to the articles 15 - 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 each person is granted a series of rights, exercisable at any time and free of charge.
Right of Access: the interested party, pursuant to art. 15, has the right to obtain confirmation that a processing of personal data concerning him is being carried out and, if necessary, to obtain a copy. He also has the right to obtain access to personal data concerning him and to further information such as the purpose of processing, categories of recipients, data retention period and exercisable rights.
Right of rectification: the interested party, pursuant to art. 16, has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or the integration of the same.
Right to cancellation: the interested party has the right to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him, without unjustified delay, if there is one of the reasons provided for by art. 17.
Right to limit treatment: the data subject is entitled, in the cases provided for by Article 18 of Regulation 2016/679, to obtain the limitation of the processing.
Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him and has the right to transmit such data to another owner without impediment, according to what required by art. 20 of Regulation 2016/679;
Right to object to processing: the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him / her as provided by the art. 21 of Regulation 2016/679.
If the interested party considers that there is a problem in the management of his / her data as processed in violation of the law, he / she can always lodge a complaint with the Authority for the protection of national personal data, in particular in the state of habitual residence (for example in Italy the Privacy Guarantor), or any other country in the EU or the European Economic Area.
